Music Lesson Information
We have several private lesson studios in our store in Anaheim. ABI offers lessons for all ages and levels from beginner to advanced. Our instructors specialize in brass and woodwind instruments, with instruction available for piano and violin.
Our studio teachers prepare students for recitals and encourage festival performances. We find that ABI students often become first chair players and place in regional and state honor groups. It is not unusual for our teachers to retain their students over the course of several years, and to have a waiting list for new students.
Lesson rates are based on 1/2 hour private instruction at a designated time each week. Rates will vary by instrument and instructor, and generally cost around $90-$100 per month.
Once we receive your request for lesson placement, we will forward the information to one of our studio teachers. Within a few days, the teacher will contact the students directly to set up lessons. At that time, they will answer questions and verify lesson rates and scheduling.
Since we first opened our doors in 1982, we have promoted and maintained private teaching studios as an important part of our identity. OK - back in 1982, it may have been just ONE studio, but great musicians like Wayne Bergeron and Dr. Greg Woll have continued to teach here through the years!
